Refund policy
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped. If the order is cancelled you will get a full refund. After the order have been processed and shipped we cannot cancel the order.
We have a NO RETURN policy, which means you will not return any of your products after you receive them.
To start a refund claim, you can contact us at support@raesuniversalboutique.com. If our refund is accepted, we’ll send you a refund invoice.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we do not recommend returning products due to timeframe and cost on returns.

There is a NO EXCHANGE policy.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your refund request and have looked over as to why you want a refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to the that account.
